What is My Knowledge Engine?
It’s your private system for capturing your best thinking, organizing it into a structure that matches your mind, and reusing it instantly whenever you need it.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Creating an account gives you your own private dashboard where your saved items are stored securely.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your saved items are private to your account and are never shared publicly.
Saving Items
What can I save?
You can save prompts, instructions, workflows, ideas, templates, or any reusable piece of thinking you want to keep.
How do I save something?
Use the “Save to Engine” form in your dashboard. Give your item a title, choose a category, and save it.
Can I edit saved items?
Yes. You can update the title, category, or content of any saved item at any time.
Organizing Your Knowledge
How do categories work?
Categories help you group related items so you can find them quickly. You can create as many categories as you need.
Can I reorganize items later?
Yes. You can move items between categories at any time.
Using the Dashboard
What is the dashboard?
The dashboard is your personal workspace where you can view, search, organize, and reuse everything you’ve saved.
How do I reload an item?
Click any saved item to instantly load it into your editor or workflow. This is the core of the system—reuse without rewriting.
Can I search my saved items?
Yes. Use the search bar to instantly find items by title or content.
Account & Access
How do I log in?
Use the “Existing User” button on the homepage or go directly to the login page.
What if I forget my password?
Use the “Lost your password?” link on the login page to reset it.
Troubleshooting
My items aren’t saving.
Make sure you’re logged in. If the issue continues, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
I can’t see my categories.
Categories only appear after you’ve created at least one. Add a category from the dashboard.
Something looks broken.
Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). If the issue persists, contact support.
